If your account is suspended, data recovery will be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the reason for suspension and compliance with these Terms.
List & Logs is currently free to use and supported by advertisements (Google AdMob).
We reserve the right to introduce the following monetization features in the future:
If we introduce paid features in the future, existing users may receive discounted pricing or special offers. However, we do not guarantee that all current features will remain free forever.
Since the App is currently free, no refunds are applicable. If we introduce paid features in the future, refund policies will be governed by Google Play Store and Apple App Store policies.
You agree NOT to use List & Logs for any of the following purposes:
The App is for personal use only. You may not use the App for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

These Terms are provided in English only. If translated, the English version shall prevail in case of any discrepancies.
If you have a dispute with us, you must first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting us at tharinduathapaththuhewage@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days and work in good faith to resolve the issue.
If informal negotiation fails, both parties may agree to participate in mediation with a neutral third-party mediator. Mediation is voluntary and non-binding.
If informal negotiation and mediation do not resolve the dispute, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the following terms:

Any legal disputes that cannot be resolved through arbitration shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Sri Lanka.

Sections regarding Data Ownership, Disclaimers, Intellectual Property, Dispute Resolution, Severability, and Entire Agreement shall survive termination of these Terms.
